1Introduction

Welcome to bp9c. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bp9c ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the bp9c brand.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply accessing any section of the bp9c platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please do not use our platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use BP9C services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. BP9C takes the protection of minors seriously and will verify the age of all new members through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Not a player who has self-excluded from the bp9c platform or any related platform.
• Not residing in a territory or jurisdiction where online gambling activities are fully prohibited under local law.
• Register as a private individual and not on behalf of a third party or company.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Registration & KYC Verification Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, active email address, and preferred payment method. bp9c reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national ID (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents as part of our KYC process.

The KYC process is an industry-standard measure to prevent fraud, money laundering, and to ensure the safety of all members. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your bp9c account username and password confidential. We recommend you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Report to the bp9c support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Bp9c shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. However, if you promptly report an account compromise to us, we will investigate and take appropriate action.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Bp9c accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via multiple local payment methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within minutes.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for most payment methods.
• Maximum daily deposit: Varies by membership tier. Check your account for the latest limits.
• All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in your own name.
• Bp9c does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 business hours, depending on your chosen withdrawal method and your account's KYC verification status. E-wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bp9c reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawals.
• In rare cases, withdrawals may be delayed by up to 5 business days if further investigation is required.

5Bonus & Promotion Policy

Bp9c offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager a specified amount (typically 20x to 35x the bonus value) before winnings can be withdrawn.

6Game Rules

• Game results are final once processed by the system. No cancellation requests will be accepted after a game has started.
• Winnings are automatically credited to your account balance after each game session.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, bp9c will resolve the situation based on available server records, not screenshots or personal claims.
• The RTP (Return to Player) values displayed are long-term statistical expectations and not a guarantee of returns for any individual session.

7Sports Betting

Bp9c sports betting services are subject to the following additional rules:

• All bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final unless the event is cancelled by the official organizer.
• If a sports event is postponed and replayed within 72 hours, the original bet remains valid. If it exceeds 72 hours, the bet will be refunded at odds of 1.00.
• Bp9c reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing.
• Manifest odds errors may be voided by bp9c, and affected members will be notified within 24 hours.
• Live betting depends on network latency. bp9c is not responsible for delays that occur beyond our control.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BP9C platform and may result in immediate account suspension and termination without prior notice:

• Use of bots, automation software, or any third-party tools to play automatically.
• Cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any action that disrupts platform security.
• Money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Falsifying personal information or using a false identity during the KYC process.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in games for unauthorized gain.
• Threats or harassment directed at bp9c staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Player collusion in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.

9Account Termination

You may close your bp9c account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all active bets will be settled and any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you.

Bp9c also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion applied at the member's own request.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud or money laundering.
• Instructions from relevant law enforcement authorities.

10Liability Limits

Bp9c provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or absolute security. To the extent permitted by law, bp9c shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from network instability or issues with the user's device.
• Actions by third parties including payment providers or game suppliers.

Bp9c's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

Bp9c is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their playing habits:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss limit: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session time limit: Receive reminders or automatically end your session after a set period.
• Temporary break: Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account permanently or for a minimum period of 6 months.

12Changes to Terms

14Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
